How to join The Dark Empire
Interested in possibly joining TDE?
Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.
For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com
To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.
If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

FLORIDA SUPERCON 2013 MISSION REPORT

Right off the transport we hit the ground running into Florida SuperCon and having a great weekend with potential recruits and our brethren of the 501s Legion who were gracious enough to let us place our business cards at their table.
Our lightsabers shined bright and red in the halls while being stopped for picture and slay the occasional Jedi, the convention was a bit oversold and extremely crowded at some points on Friday and Saturday and some of the staff was more sociable and diplomatic than others.
great photographers like Bryan Humphrey, Stacey Hocket, Troy Nelson and Adam Jay were offering their services some paid some free and with a lot of good will, enthusiasm and great ways to set the mood for a shot.
on sat 06/07/2013 we inducted Jett Lucas and Barbara Goodson into the dark empire which they greatly appreciated and took some time to talk to us about what we do.
Jett was pretty amazed at the delivery but he was also very humble and down to earth about his work.
Barbara Goodson spoke of her experience with Star Wars: The Clone Wars and her love for Mother Talzin and how she felt about the show, her co-stars and how much she wises the show to raise like a phoenix from its ashes. she also left her plaque on display for the rest of the weekend while she signed autographs of many eager fans who were wondering what the heck it was.
And as a little side-note, you might notice there’s a short blackout during the Barbara Goodson video, well there was a 10 minute blackout in which we ignited out sabers right of the bat to at least have some light for the people to see where they stepped and it turned into an epic 10 minute photo-shoot among Sith and one poor Jedi who ventured into out vicinity, the attendees were pretty much exhilarated by the sight of us in the dark with nothing but our sabers to light up the way, there were many pictures taken at that time and there was much sorrow once the lights came back on.

Looks like you guys brought the wrath of the Dark Side down upon the event! Great going out there representing TDE and continuing the expansion of our Empire with the induction of TWO new honorary members!

Hello all! Its been to long since I have been here but It was good running in to you all at Supercon.I wish I had my SW gear with me as sadly starkiller is in repair but will be better then ever when Im done.Great photos by the way!
