Event: Phoenix Symphony Family Concert - Star Wars: The Music
Date: Sunday, October 25, 2015
Time: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Event Description: "We are performing music from the Star Wars franchise and, as a family concert, hope to include some interactive elements before and during the show."
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Doors open. Meet and greet with the public.
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Concert
Most of our participation will occur during the meet and greet portion of the event. We will interact with the public as they arrive. They have also requested the Cantina Band for this part of the event. They will set up an interactive area so that the kids can checkout the "instruments".
During the show, they will want to use Darth Vader (if we have one) and TKs. We are still discussing how to incorporate them into the show. They want to do something more interactive that just parading across the stage.
They are expecting 2,000 participants.

Changing Area: Yes.
Water: Will be provided.
Weapons: Blasters Not Authorized. Leave them at home. Lightsabers are authorized.
Parking: TBD
Tickets: TBD. I anticipate that these will only be for the costumers and wranglers.
