Event Description:
“Snow Week is an annual 7 day event and we see about 2000 guests daily. We will have a special exhibition called Alien Worlds and Androids during that time which includes 3CPO. We would LOVE to have Storm Troopers at the Center during the event or first day for media and guests -December 26-January 1, 2017 Any number of characters available we would love to have.


The anticipated attendance is 2,000 Daily

Other Star Wars Clubs: YES- GA has been invited by request -

Michelle has asked if we can come out on Wednesday Dec 28 for a News film crew. The crew arrives at 820 so she would like us there by 8 to kit up. She also would like kids to be playing in the snow so if you have kids they are welcome to attend.

There may also be a time on Saturday as well will find out Wed for sure.

FYi - the room is big to change in. Water is from the drinking fountain and snacks can be purchased from the vending machines in the employee break room

Only weapons allowed are lightsabers

AZ Science Center would like any SW characters that are available Saturday to come and kit up Noon and stay thru the balloon drop at 2:30 ish. Same info as Monday's troop. No Weapons, Lightsaber are ok and cleared. Park in Heritage garage. have Museum validate ticket. Water is drinking fountain, snacks are in employee break room in vending machines.

arrival time is noon, try not to come earlier as room to change wont be available. Dark Empire was represented on Fox live news am show with Cory.
