How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

DragonCon 2016 Legions Mixer

Time and Location: Marriott Marquis -- Saturday, September 3, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST
IMPORTANT: The hotel will be locked down starting at 7:00 pm. You will need a Convention Badge or Marriott Marquis room key to get in to the Hotel and Mixer.

Where to Get Your Tickets:
Tickets may be bought between now and DragonCon at: https://501stlegion.ecwid.com/
(enter your TDE###  as in TDE090 in the TKID section)
Member and Guest Prices are the same; guests must have a member purchase a ticket for them.
If you buy your ticket at the door, be prepared to identify yourself as a member. (Coin, shirt, nametag, etc)
Kids under the membership age of *17* ARE FREE - Kids admission includes 2 soft drinks

$15 until July 31
$18 until August 31
$20 at the door

Food/Drinks:
Snacks: TBD
Cash Bar: YES! -- Marriott Cash Bar -- No credit cards accepted


Notes:
This year there will be DOOR PRIZES. These have been donated by wonderful sponsors who include, but are not limited to: Her Universe and Fantasy Flight Games!

An exclusive and limited-to-25 print package to include RT-KT & Baymax and Katee & BB-8 by artist Kirk "Leezard" Hardtle will be available for sale, the proceeds going to charity.

Announcements to be made at 9pm.
As usual, patches will be printed for this year's mixer.
The mixer will slightly overlap the Last Party on Alderaan.
