Will there be a secure place for troopers to store their storage tubs while trooping the event? Yes

Will family/friends be allowed to attend the event? Yes

Are cameras allowed and can we take pictures at the event? Yes

Are weapons allowed on the costumes? Yes

Is there a special place to park at the event? Does parking cost? No

If appropriate, can we have a table with flyers and information about the 501st/70th Explorers? No

Are Rebel Legion/Jedi Assembly/FanForce costumed members requested too? No

How many costumed members are requested? 100+

Will lodging be provided by the local troopers for garrison members travelling a great distance? Possibly...arrange with local troopers.

I still am gathering details from Chris Jackson on PCC for this year.

However, I want to start the ball rolling on getting our ducks in a row. Smile

As most of you know PCC had amazing growth last year and expect the same to this year. I will be coordinating it for the Star Wars Groups as last year.

501st Group Photo: The 501st group photo will be taken on Saturday, May 21st at 9:30 AM just before the opening of the convention. For those who are members of the other Star Wars Groups I am listing group photo times here too in order to coordinate better.

Rebel Legion Photo: The Rebel Legion photo will be taken Friday, May 20 at 6:00 PM near the close of the convention Friday.

In order to receive a discounted ticket for the weekend you will need to sign up for 2 hours per days attending for table or photo duty. This way we have a better staffed table and photo ops for the convention. I will have you all Paypal the fees ($30 for three day pass) for the tickets so not to be handling cash at the convention. Please either be in your 501st costume or 501st/Garrison t-shirt when doing table duty. We want to represent well this year!

Please complete the following information to request a discounted pass; each person requiring a pass needs to submit a form. Include any children needing free passes in the additional info section. After completing the form you will be given the link to sign up for your volunteer hours. Discounted passes require two hours of volunteer time per day attending. Failure to show up for your time or leaving your shift early without extenuating circumstances will forfeit the member's right to request discounted passes for future PCCs.

**Please note: Multi-group members may be moved from 501st/RL duty to fill the needs of TDE/Mercs table duty and/or Blast -A-Troop duty.
