Additional information or comments: Join us as we take the steps toward greater awareness for autism. On April 26, 2014, we will participate in the Autism CARE Walk to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders in our community. Autism now impacts one in 88 individuals and one in 54 boys. Many times, families face financial burdens and the consequences associated with the misconceptions surrounding autism. With the funds raised through the Autism CARE Walk, Heartspring's Community of Autism Resources and Education (CARE) program will provide valuable services and resources, and increase community advocacy.
