How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

Dear friends of mine are putting on another Comic Book Fair in Columbus at the Coca Cola Science Theater Aug. 7th, 11am - 4pm and huge afterdinner afterwards. Free to get in for costumers ,huge dressingroom, and tables for display. We usually get there at 9, but Mel and Dutch ( hosts ) asks to be ready by opening time. These are usually done bi-annually (Feb & Oct) and is always a huge turnout of fans and costumers ( ie. SW,ST,heros, and preditors). Last yr Daniel Logan was the special guest, Sam Witwer the yr before. The special guest will not be annouced till after July 4th holiday. We usually have private meet & greet with the guest:

This is a 1st time it will be held in August . As said before ,a great lil con to do with plenty of photo ops inside the space center and shuttle. Costumers and handlers are free to get in.

i will not be able to atend this one. in selling space junk this weekend and will not be able to make it. hopefully next year. so far in my radar the next upcoming event for me is Con nooga, and there might be more in the middle as i seem more events here and there. hopefully next year ill be able to make this one.

Another great con today. We had over 500 people to come through and was highly interested in TDE. I will do a mission report with pics. I must say the kids really liked Sith Princess Revan card and even had a few fans myself. 3 little boys got my card and kept yelling out "Knightstalker" when I passed by. The next one will be the 1st Sunday on August. The special guest will be annouced when the contracts are signed. Walking Dead stars are rumored to be there.

Bump-- Just found out that the next Comic Book Con is Aug. 5th at the Columbus Science and Space Center. Always a great amount of people at this event We have a table at these events alongside LOC ( legion of Columbus) superhero groups and the Columbus ghost hunters society. Other groups such as the Star Trek and Zombie Tactical are always in attendence. The last one Lady Vynn and myself attended, they had counted nearly 700 people to have come through.
