How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

Hello Cosplay Groups,

We are very excited that the Tempe Library Comicon is coming up on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on the Library complex at 3500 S. Rural Road (southwest corner of Rural and Southern).

Here is information to assist you on the day of the event:

Check in at the Library Information Booth when you arrive. (see attached site map)
There is a secure room available for your convenience on the Library Lower Level in Meeting Room B to rest and relax during the event. Drinking fountains are located around the building and some bottled water will be available in Meeting Room B. Food will also be available for purchase at the event and in the Café.
In the event of inclement weather, the Comicon will be held inside the Library building and site maps will be available upon arrival.
The costume contests, presented by Phoenix Comicon, will be at 11 a.m. (Kids) and 3 p.m. (Teens, Adults, and Groups). A complete schedule for the day will be posted during the event.

Parking
Please use the Southern Avenue entrance to the complex as it is closest to the VIP parking area.
Each group will be allotted one space in the VIP parking lot which is located in the north parking lot off of Southern Ave. (see attached parking pass). Please present the pass to staff at the parking lot entrance. There will be NO in and out privileges in this lot. If you need to leave during the event, please park in any of the additional Library complex parking lots instead of the VIP parking lot.
