Location: Marlins Park, 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125
​​Parking location and details: Marlins will provide vendor parking passes for all volunteer costumed characters and handlers.​ ​Passes will be mailed to primary contact in advance for distribution to fan group characters.
​​Event date: Saturday, September 24th
​​Event start time: Pregame activities begin at 5:45PM
​​Approx. end time: Middle of 7th ​i​nning (approximately 9pm)
​​Call time: 4:30PM (Doors open at 5:30PM)
​​Changing room details: ​The ​Marlins Press Conference Room located at the media entrance on the West Plaza will serve a​s the primary changing and holding area for costumed characters and handlers. Security is located outside the door the entire time. Sandwiches and water will be provided for the group in the Press Conference Room.
​​Maximum number invited: 35-40 characters
​​RSVP contact: withheld will give to POC for event
​​RSVP by date: 5pm on Thursday, September 22nd
