Phoenix Suns game for Star Wars Night Dec 11th

Apparently I forgot to post this here but pretty much all of you already knew this was coming anyways




The Phoenix Suns would like to be involved in the excitement for The Force Awakens so they have obtained permission from Lucasfilm to host another Star Wars Night.

Event: Phoenix Suns Star Wars Night: Episode V

Date: Friday, December 11, 2015

Time: 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Game Time is 7:30-10:30 p.m.)

Arrive: 4:00 p.m.
Opening Briefing/Walk Through: 4:30 p.m.
Gear Up: 5:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Doors Open: 5:30 p.m.
Tip Off: 7:30 p.m.

Location:

Talking Stick Resort Arena (New name. Same location)
201 East Jefferson St.
Phoenix, AZ 85004


Event Description: The Phoenix Suns will be hosting another Star Wars Night. The Suns will be taking on the Portland Trail Blazers.

This is an Official Lucasfilm approved event. Only approved Legion costumes for this event. Leave any personalized attachments at home.

Wrangler slots will also be limited for this event.

This event is open to as many troopers that we can deploy.

The Suns would like:

- Characters thoroughout the building during pre-game.
- All characters on the court during player introductions.
- A few characters during first half timeouts.
- A few characters during the halftime kids costume contest.
- Possibly some characters on the pre-game TV set if the broadcasters agree to it.

Changing Room: TBD. Hopefully we'll be back in the Mercury locker room.

Water: Will be provided.

Parking: TBD. Most likely the Chase Ballpark garage located at 401 S. 4th Street.
