Are weapons allowed on the costumes? Yes

Is there a special place to park at the event? Does parking cost? Closer to event we will set a meeting area with the Radio crew.


How many costumed members are requested? 12 ONLY

Will lodging be provided by the local troopers for garrison members travelling a great distance? Possibly

Additional information or comments:

Air One Radio and K-LOVE radio have sponsored us to walk in the KC St. Patrick's Day Parade with them.

This event is televised and according to the parade coordinators there are over 200,000 in attendance, but that may be high.

We only have 12 slots to be in the parade and know there is a big interest in this event. I would like to give priority to members of the Kilted Trooper Brigade in armor and officer dress in the 501st. Also, other groups like the Mercs that use kilts as well. That is perferred.

I am splitting the slots between all 4 groups.

Even though I have left slots for all the groups, please post up if there is an interest. If there open slots I will fill them first come first serve for those that apply.

Bill as I relayed to you on the phone, I am in for one of the TDE in.

Here is the staging area. We will all meet the radio station at group around 9:00-9:30ish near the intersection of 32nd and Broadway. I will scout out a parking area big enough for us all and should be there around 8:00 AM.The radio station is not having a central parking spot. So I need to scout a good parking area in the morning. Be early.

Also, I will be watching the weather as well. So far all is a go!.
