Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

Thanks for the quick response! We spoke with United Way about your questions. You'll find the answers below:
1. Time requested (we try to limit appearances to somewhere around 3 hours if possible, but can work with any schedule)
The Hunt will take place from 10AM to noon. United Way is also asking if there are any characters who would like to join them for a live TV spot with FOX 10 at 8AM for a few minutes.
2. Address or location of appearance
The event is taking place in Downtown Phoenix near the convention center. Right now it sounds like they will be putting us over by the Hyatt across the street from the convention center.
3. Changing room available (I would guess no, which is okay)
If changing space is needed, United Way has access to use Hotel Palomar.
4. Water provided?
Water will be provided!
5. Weapons okay? Blasters? Lightsabers?
Yes! This is a family scavenger hunt—we know the kids would love blasters and lightsabers!

Good afternoon all,
I am touching base with everyone to make sure everyone has the right information.
Vicki- please feel free to respond if I've gotten something wrong or missed anything important.
The team from Win United will be on-site at the CityScape pavilion at 7:30 tomorrow morning. Brandon will be there at that time to set up our Street Team booth. He will park on Central Ave. near the UPS and United Way trucks to unload all the equipment and prizes for the booth. If anyone from BRA is there at that time to help, that would be great, but I understand Vicki also has some people who can assist.
BRA street team members and cosplayers can park in the parking garage under CityScape. There is a hotel available for changing on-site if necessary. Check in with Vicki on arrival for changing space. Check in with Brandon on arrival for street team set-up.
There is a live press shot happening at 8:00 a.m. Any and all cosplay members are invited/encouraged to be on-site at 8 for the live shot. Activities and registration will be happening in the pavilion with lots of people around. We will have a prize wheel and lots of giveaways at the booth. Tony's team will be assisting Brandon with this at the booth (they are the seasoned experts).
Just before the scavenger hunt begins, cosplayers are asked to go down to the sidewalk outside the North building of the Phoenix Convention Center outside the Starbucks. You are part of the scavenger hunt and teams will be looking for you.
Vicki- at the conclusion of the event, should the cosplayers come back to CityScape? Will any events be happening at the end?

No need to come back at 12 noon after the event, unless you all want to see the awarding of teams.
Scavenger Hunt is from 10am-12 noon.
