How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

When: 7:00 am, Oct. 22, 2016

Where: FanFest Exhibitor Hall
Phoenix Convention Center, 3rd floor

What: Live TV spot for Fox 10 news
"I wanted to invite you to join us for a live TV spot onsite during Phoenix Fan Fest 2016. We will be in the exhibitor hall with Fox 10 news on Saturday 10/22. We go live at 7:15am but ask that you show up at 6:50am. There will be doors open (the convention center will get back to me on the exact ones soon and I will send a follow up with that information)."

I am working to try to get us in the doors at 6:30 am to allow time to change in the exhibitor hall. You should be ready to go by 7 am, given the way that things typically change with these newscasts. The newscast will roll with whoever is present whenever they decide to roll camera. If you're late, you're out of luck.

Yep, that's always the "fun" part about the newscasts. Sometimes I feel like I'd be better off not going to sleep.

I will be compiling a list of names on Friday around 3 pm to submit to security. If you are listed as yes or maybe, I will submit your name, but please only check either of those options if you are seriously considering attending.

All costuming groups have been invited.

We are cleared to get in the doors at 6:30 am too.
