How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

Way the event is connected to Star Wars:

Will there be a place for troopers to change? Yes

Will there be a secure place for troopers to store their storage tubs while trooping the event?

Will family/friends be allowed to attend the event? No

Are cameras allowed and can we take pictures at the event? No

Are weapons allowed on the costumes? No

Is there a special place to park at the event? Does parking cost?

If appropriate, can we have a table with flyers and information about the 501st/70th Explorers? No

Are Rebel Legion/Jedi Assembly/FanForce costumed members requested too? No

How many costumed members are requested? ANY

Will lodging be provided by the local troopers for garrison members travelling a great distance?

Additional information or comments: Starlight Theatre in Kansas City is now offering shows indoors in January. One of the four we have coming up in January is One-Man Star Wars, January 26-31. I believe there are several ways we can partner on this event, whether its promotion and marketing opportunities, character appearances or also a group event. I would love to discuss these opportunities with you or would appreciate you putting me in contact with the appropriate local contact. Thank you in advance.
