Additional information or comments: Time: Call time is 10:20 a.m., and the characters will be able to leave at 1:30 p.m.

Parking: Upon your RSVP, we will email you a parking pass for the event date along with instructions as to which parking lot to park in and which stadium gate to enter.

Details: We will provide a secure, private conference room that is next to a restroom. We will have a police officer on duty to ensure personal belongings left in room are safe. We will provide water and light snacks for performers in this space.
