You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

Accepting monetary donations for a charitable organization
In the case of taking a monetary donation to a charity it is our responsibility for any money that is collected for set charity will be collected and needs be in a lock box and the only person who has access to the lock key is a high governing body of TDE. After, the event is completed the officer will take the money, which was collected. The TDE must count what is given to the charity. Keep a record of how much was collected. On the same day the TDE Officer must report to the council how much money was collected. The TDE Officer must place monetary donation in an envelope, and then seal the envelope. Lastly the envelope must be signed on back and then hand redelivered to a person in charge of the set charity.
If a private individual wants to write a check out to the charity. That person needs to make the check out to the charity not “The Dark Empire.”

Monetary Donations to Charity
a. The Dark Empire was purposefully created to support charitable organizations, and
encourages donations to charities it works with and supports. TDE does not accept any
payments or funds for its services, other than to bring direct donations to a specified charity
organization.
b. Violations of this section are to be considered "malfeasance" violations, as described within
Article V of this Charter, and will be dealt with accordingly by the TDE Council.
