2013 PCC Star Wars Bash - Episode I
Please join us Saturday April 6, 2013 6:00pm-11:00pm, at The Hotel Phillips Regency Room, for our 1st annual Planet Comicon Star Wars Bash! We currently have 80 slots available for members and non-members...first come first served!
Supper this year will be a choice of Marinated Flank Steak with a Mushroom Reduction OR Pan Roasted Chicken with a Shallot and Stone Ground Mustard Sauce. You will also enjoy a Tossed Salad with House Vinaigrette, Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Herb Butter, Haricot Verts (fancy cut green beans), dinner roll, and dessert. Water, iced tea and coffee will also be included. A cash bar will be available for anyone that wishes to partake in the spirits, but you will be expected to cover your own tab. $35.oo per ticket will get you a seat, dinner, a commemorative t-shirt, a goody bag, a ticket for a door-prize drawing and time with some amazing friends and guests. There are no children's portions available, but children are welcome to join us, with the purchase of a ticket. Limited selection of shirt sizes are small, medium, large, extra large, 2xl, 3xl, and 4xl. These will be distributed on a first come, first served basis as well.
The banquet location is a 2 ½ block walk from Bartle Hall. However, if you wish to drive, there is a mandatory $9.00 valet parking fee at the hotel, that will be your responsibility. I want to thank everyone that came out to the PCC dinner. It was alot of fun. I am sorry if I did not get a chance to speak with you personally at the dinner. I hope everyone had a great time and Kelli Sauer Slead and I welcome any and all feedback so we can make the 2014 PCC Dinner Bash Ep. II even bigger and better. Let us know if the meals were worth the price, the size of the room was acceptable, etc. The hotel phillips is interested in next year doing a block of rooms at the hotel for our group. If we do a dinner there and room block the price will decrease dramatically. So please let us know what you think honestly. If you don't want to do it publicaly pm myself or Kelli and let us know.
