How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

Here is the info for the con next weekend

Central Coast Comic Con
10 west Harbor blvd
Ventura, California 93001
September 7-8 2013
Hours: Friday- Pre-party Charity Event
Saturday 10am-8pm
Sunday 10am-7pm

The Dark Empire will have a table at this event! Set up is on Friday the 6th from 8am-445pm. The event coordinator asks that people picking up the badges be there on either friday or saturday in person to get them If not I will have them in hand. I will be setting up a chart for table duty over the weekend. It will be in about 2-3 hr time blocks with people rotating each day so that way they can see different things each day. Some guest for the weekend include:

Superman writer Scott Lobdell
Weapons specialist and trainer to the stars Tim Weske and his Jedi Training Academy instructors.
Special appearances by the current season of SyFy’s hit reality show “Face Off”.
Top Cow Productions and Matt Hawkins
Comic book legend Richard Starkings
Flash Writer Brian Buccellato
Neil Grayston from the hit show Eureka
Miracle Laurie from the Fox show Dollhouse.

Right now 5 out of the 6 comp tickets are already taken. We still have one more. If we need more passes we can buy them at the low price of $15. Looking forward to this event and can't wait to represent our club!

Just confirming that I will be there this Saturday, what I forgot to mention though was that I will not be there the entire time. I'm probably going to leave around 6 or 7. I apologize if that makes a mess of any schedules, ie table duty, etc.
