How to join The Dark Empire

Interested in possibly joining TDE?

Simply log onto our forums and introduce yourself in the "Roll Call" section! Your membership on the forums may need to be approved first before you can sign in. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our forums. Minors aged 13-17 may join our forums, however, will require parental approval and assistance from a Council Member before forum registration can be completed.

For assistance, contact us via email TDEcostumeclub@aol.com

To obtain Full Membership within the organization, you must at be least eighteen years of age and have an approved costume that meets our costuming standards. See our Charter for information on becoming an Official Member of TDE.

If you are ready to submit a costume for full membership, you can enter The Dark Trials

Hey gang. I received the following email from Scotland. TDE has been invited; she also says any other fans you think might be able to attend - please invite them! Here is the email and event info:


Hi there

I’m from the charity Sense Scotland, who work with children and adults with deafblindness, sensory impairment, physical and learning disabilities throughout Scotland.

On Star Wars Day, Friday 4th May, Sense Scotland are holding a Star Wars themed fundraising event at our Glasgow venue, TouchBase. I wondered if you would have any opportunity to share this information with any fans you might know in the area who would be interested in attending an event which is not just Star Wars to the max, but is also for an excellent cause!

With a ticket for the event you will receive a hot dog along with a soft drink to wash it down with. There will be a raffle and tombola to enter with some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including some Star Wars goodies!

There will also be a Best Dressed competition so people can get into the spirit of the Star Wars theme by dressing up as your favourite character. The most impressive costume will win a prize!

The highlight of the evening will be a free showing of Star Wars Epidode IV: A New Hope on our big screen. You can even purchase popcorn and sweets to enjoy while you watch the film.

The fun kicks off at 7pm at TouchBase (43 Middlesex Street, Glasgow, G41 1EE). You can purchase your tickets by calling us on 0141 429 0294. Tickets are just £8 and children under 12 are £5.50.

We greatly appreciate any help in promoting this fundraising event.
