Costume Standards for all canon or known sith/dark jedi characters

This is a good idea. Most groups have a set of standards for the various costumes they accept. I guess the question is now how strict we are going to be. Eg the 501st have a pretty high standard but the Rebel Legion and Jedi Assembly don't have such a high standard. For example in the 501st costumers are not allowed zips on their boots unless they are hidden but in the Rebel Legion and Jedi Assembly Zips are ok. So some discussion on standards should probably take place.
